Club chess on Tuesdays 5

In Leipzig Tuesday belongs to the young players first: the Schachgemeinschaft Leipzig trains its youth from half past four, and the Schachclub Rote Rüben holds its children’s training from five to half past six before its members sit down at seven for club tournaments and matches. From 3 November 2026 the Schachzentrum Clara-Zetkin-Park moves indoors for the winter, with a weekly chess meeting from one in the afternoon in the city library on the Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz, boards provided.

In Halle the VfB 07 Lettin trains on the first and third Tuesday of the month from seven to nine in its club room. The Schachclub Naunhof supports the chess AG of the Freies Gymnasium Naunhof on Tuesday afternoons; that group is for the school’s own pupils.
